Oral Presentation

Oral presentations are designed to provide researchers with the opportunity to share their work in detail. Each session will include a short talk followed by an interaction with the audience.

Poster Presentation

Poster sessions allow participants to visually present their research and interact with attendees one-on-one for detailed discussions.

Awards & Recognition

Outstanding presentations will be recognized at the conference.

Poster Selection & Presentation:
Selected posters will be assigned a unique number, and presenters will be notified by the organizing committee about the specific date of their presentation.

Originality and Innovation:
The abstract should present novel research, methods, or insights. It should not have been previously published or presented at other major conferences.

Relevance to the Conference Theme:
The research must align with the main themes or topics of the conference. Abstracts should address significant issues within the field or offer potential solutions.

Clarity and Structure:
The abstract must be clear, concise, and well-organized. It should include a title, background, objectives, methods, results (or expected outcomes), and conclusions.

Scientific Rigor:
The research must be methodologically sound and demonstrate a clear approach. Experimental design, statistical analysis, and conclusions should be scientifically valid.

Word Count and Format:
Abstracts should usually be limited to 250–350 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).

Formatting

  • Font and Size: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font.
  • Spacing: Single-spaced text
  • Margins: One-inch margins on all sides.
  • Alignment: Text should be left-aligned and justified.

Authorship and Ethical Considerations:
All authors must have significantly contributed to the work. Proper ethical approvals (e.g., IRB, animal research ethics) should be mentioned if applicable.

Clear Results:
Even for ongoing studies, abstracts should present at least preliminary data or findings. Avoid speculative conclusions that lack supporting data.

Display & Judging:
Posters will be displayed throughout the day. Judges will review them during the scheduled Poster Session, which will take place from 13:30 to 15:30 on 2025. Be present for interactions during this time.

Awards:
The best posters will be announced at the concluding session on November 2025. Winners will receive certificates and gifts.
